Ngöndro - More than just the beginning

Teachings with Chagdud Khadro, Video On Demand

This event is open to all practitioners of the Ngöndro, beginners and experienced students with “beginner minds” alike. The recordings are available in English with French and German translation.

The Ngöndro, the preliminary practice of the Vajrayana path, is sometimes regarded as something to “get done” before getting to the really juicy bit. But the Ngöndro can be much more than that. It is a practice path in itself which can have a deep impact on our minds, hearts, and lives.

Chagdud Khadro explores this practice from a practitioner’s point of view. As a western woman with many decades of experience in study and practice of Vajrayana Buddhism, she has a unique perspective. Weaving her personal experience together with the traditional teachings, this session is aimed to truly bring our Ngöndro practice to life.
